The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) will release Exam City and Tavel Pass for Aptitude Test today on April 09, 2019 (18:00 Hrs). The Computer-Based Aptitude Test is scheduled to take place on April 16, 2019. The test is conducted for only those students who have applied for the post of Loco Pilot.
The Board will announce the RRB ALP exam date and city for only those candidates who have qualified the CBT stage 2. It will be released through login, on the zonal website of 21 RRBs. Candidates have to click on the appropriate link “Click here to view exam city and travel pass for aptitude test”. Next, enter the user id and password. Then, the exam date and SC / ST travel pass will get displayed on the page.
Candidates belonging to SC / ST category will also be able to download the travel pass. The SC / ST travel pass is only issued if the candidate has submitted the caste certificate at the time of form filling. Through it, candidates will be able to travel free of cost by train during the recruitment process. Students will get to know exam city today. However, the complete address of the exam center will be mentioned on the admit card of the aptitude test.
Those candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and have qualified the exam CBT 2 are going to appear for the Aptitude Test. In this test, there are going to be five sections by the name of test batteries. Questions in this round will be in English or Hindi. There is no negative marking in the Computer-Based Aptitude Test.
The sections in the Aptitude Test are Memory Test Battery, Depth Perception Test Battery, Concentration Test Battery, Perceptual Speed Test Battery, and Following Directions Test Battery. To clear the aptitude test candidates are required to secure 42 marks in each of the tests batteries.
Applicants applied for both Technician are called directly for the Document Verification after CBT stage 2. This round is conducted to check the eligibility claims of the candidate. If a candidate is found ineligible during the time of Document Verification then RRB reserves the right to cancel the candidature. 50% more candidates are called for this round for the standby list.
In the Document Verification, candidates have to carry original as well as two sets of self-attested of the photocopies of the certificates on the specified day. No extension of the time is given to the candidates to produce the documents. The documents presented can only be in Hindi or English. If the certificate is in some other language then, candidates are required to present the self-attested translated version of the same.
