The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released RPF Sub-Inspector Result 2018-2019 for all Groups. The result for the Computer-based test has been announced for Group A, B, C, and D. The result for Group E and F was announced on February 07, 2019. The result for RPF SI Recruitment 2018-19 consists of the details of those candidates who have been shortlisted for PET, PMT, and DV.
The candidates can check their RPF SI Result 2018-19 by visiting the official website at si2.rpfonlinereg.org. On the homepage of the website the candidates need to click on the link which says “Candidates shortlisted for PET, PMT, and DV”. In the next screen, the candidates need to select their respective Group and then the result will be available in the pdf format.
To be recruited for the post of RPF Sub-Inspector, the candidates have to qualify three stages which are, Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Document Verification (DV). As per the merit list released, a total of 12,278 number of candidates qualified the Computer-based test for RPF SI Recruitment 2018-2019.
After clearing CBT candidates whose name is included in the list are eligible to take part in PET, PMT, and DV. PET and PMT is qualifying in nature and no marks are going to be awarded for the same. However, it is mandatory for the candidates to clear PET and PMT as then only he/she will be called for the round of Document Verification (DV).
The test date PET and PMT for the shortlisted candidates of Group A are March 19, and 20, 2019. For Group B, the test date is March 24-25, 2019, for Group C it is March 23-25, 2019, for Group D it is March 24-25, 2019, for Group E and F, the test date for PET and PMT is last week of February 2019.
The call letter for PET and PMT has been issued for only Group A candidates as of now. To download their call letter, the candidates need to visit the official website and then on the homepage of the website, they need to click on the relevant link for downloading the call letter. Next, the candidates need to log in by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth. Then, click on the “Login” button to submit the details and then in the next screen, the candidates will be able to download the Admit Card.
As per the candidates’ performance in CBT, qualified applicants will appear for PET / PMT which is qualifying in nature followed by the Document Verification round. Candidates who are going to be called for the round of Document Verification will have to carry the necessary documents on the specified date. The documents should be presented in the prescribed format as per laid by the RPF. Applicants have to carry original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents.
In Document Verification, candidates have to present the certificates either in English or Hindi. In case the certificate is in some other language then one should produce the self-attested translated version of the same on the day of Document Verification (DV). The final appointment of the candidates will be based on passing the medical exam conducted by the Railway Administration. This round confirms that the candidate is medically fit by fulfilling all the medical standards as per the Railway Protection Force (RPF).
