Regional Ayurveda Research Institute For GID (RARIGID) has notified about walk-in interviews that are scheduled to be held for the recruitment of 10 Senior Research Fellows. The Institute has published a detailed recruitment notification in this regard at the official website i.e. ccras.nic.in. Walk-ins are scheduled to be held at the Institute in Barsojai, Kamrup district of Assam on July 27, 2020, from 09.30 AM onward. The interviews are to be conducted at the Conference Hall of the Institute. Eligible and willing candidates must report to the interview with their applications duly filled in the prescribed proforma along with necessary documents.
As per the official notification, there are 10 tentative vacancies for the post of Senior Research Fellow. Selected candidates are to be posted at different districts of Assam namely Marigaon, Dhubri, Bongaigaon, Nalbari, Sonitpur, Golaghat & Biswanath Chariali along with SCSP/RCH. The recruitment to the aforementioned posts is to be done initially for a period of six months only on a contractual basis. Selected candidates are to be appointed for a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs 35000 in addition to entitlement to Housing Rent Allowance as applicable.
Candidates must however be fulfiling the minimum eligibility conditions as specified by the Institute in the official notification. The maximum permissible age of the applicants cannot be more than 35 years. In addition, such candidates who wish to apply for recruitment to the aforementioned vacancies must also have a BAMS degree obtained from a recognized University. It is however desirable that candidates who apply for the recruitment have higher qualifications than the prescribed minimum essential. Candidates having higher qualifications are preferred for recruitment. Those who have previous research experience are also given similar preference for recruitment. Candidates may have worked in any research project funded by the Ministry of Ayush, ICMAR, CSIR, DST, or equivalent organizations.
Such candidates who fulfil the eligibility conditions may appear in the interview as per schedule with filled up applications and supporting documents. The application format can be downloaded from the aforementioned website. Candidates must fill-up the applications and carry along the original certificates as well as the self-attested copies of all certificates to the interview venue. No TA/DA is reimbursed for attending the interview. Candidates who report after 10.30 AM are not allowed to appear in the interview.
