The Reserve Bank of India has announced the revised interview dates of the Grade B recruitment 2019. As per a detailed notice released at the website of the RBI i.e. rbi.org.in, the earlier dates of conducting the interviews of qualifying candidates are now invalid and new dates have been announced. Accordingly, the DSIM-PY 2019 interviews are scheduled to be conducted from September 09 to 11, 2020 & September 25, 2020, in New Delhi and on September 28 & 29, 2020 in Mumbai. The interviews for DEPR-PY 2019 are scheduled to be conducted from September 21 to 24 in New Delhi.
The RBI conducted the Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams of Grade B (DSIM & DEPR PY 2019) in November & December 2019. The results of the exams were released subsequently and the RBI declared the interview dates for the final selection of candidates who qualified through the Phase I & Phase II exams. However, in due course of time, RBI deferred the interviews through notices dated March 30, 2020, and April 16, 2020. The rescheduled interview dates were released earlier through a notice dated June 26, 2020. Accordingly, earlier, the interviews were scheduled to be conducted from August 05 to August 21, 2020. However, with the release of the latest revised schedule in July 2020, RBI has again announced new dates to conduct the interviews.
As per the latest schedule of conducting the interviews, the interviews for DSIM PY 2019 are scheduled to be conducted on September 09, 10, 11 and 25, 2020 at the Reserve Bank of India, 6, Sansad Marg in New Delhi. Furthermore, the interviews will continue on September 28 & 29, 2020 at the Reserve Bank of India Services Board, RBI Building, Third Floor, Opp. Mumbai Central Railway Station (East), Byculla, Mumbai 400008.
The interviews for the DEPR PY 2019 are scheduled to be conducted at the Reserve Bank of India, 6 Sansad Marg, New Delhi only. The RBI has announced the revised fresh dates of DEPR PY 2019 too in the latest notice. Accordingly, the interviews are scheduled to be conducted on September 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2020 at the aforementioned address in New Delhi.
Although the RBI has announced dates, it is also mentioned in the detailed notice that all such dates are tentative and mentioned against the earlier corresponding dates. Therefore, these dates are valid subject to relaxations on the lockdown and quarantine rules of the Central & respective State Governments. Qualifying candidates who are issued call letters to appear in the interviews earlier are advised to keep an eye on the official RBI website i.e. rbi.org.in for any further updates in the venue or schedule of the interviews. In case of any unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances, an updated schedule is to be communicated through the aforementioned RBI website only.
