The Rajasthan Board has released the revised date sheets for the Class 5 and 8 examinations for 2022. The dates were revised in light of the high temperatures and prevailing heatwave for the comfort of the students appearing in the exam. The class 5 exam will now commence on April 27, and class 8 will commence on April 17, while both grade exams will end on May 17, 2022. The admit cards for both exams will be released soon on the official websites – rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in and education rajasthan.gov.in.

General instructions to candidates
- The class 8 exam will consist of 52 questions to be solved in 150 minutes, with a total of 80 marks. The paper will further be divided into three sections, including very short, short and essay-based questions.
- The class 5 exam will consist of 72 questions to be solved in 150 minutes, with a total of 80 marks. This year the syllabus has been cut down by 30%. The paper will include objective-based, true/false, and essay-based questions, as well as very short and short questions.
