Puducherry Police Board has released the Puducherry Police Constable hall ticket 2022 on the official website, police.py.gov.in. As per the official website, the written exam for all those who have qualified for the PET round shall be eligible to appear for the written exam on March 19, 2022, as reported in local dailies. The candidates can download the admit card by entering the application number, date of birth, and captcha code. Earlier, the board has announced 390 vacancies for the post of Constable, 12 for Radio Technician, and 29 for Deck Handler in different categories.

The written examination is going to be held in the offline mode with questions being objective in nature. The written exam shall be held for 200 marks from English language and regional language with the level of questions equivalent to 10+2 level. The written exam shall be held for 2 hours. Candidates who qualify for the written exam shall be called to participate in the medical test.
The candidates who successfully qualify all the rounds of the selection process shall be eligible to get selected for the post of Police Constable with the grade pay of INR 21700 at Level 3, as per the official notification. Additionally, they shall be kept on a probation period of 2 years from the date of joining the service.
