Punjab National Bank is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Manager and Senior Manager. PNB bank has announced a total of 535 vacancies for the said posts. Online registrations start from tomorrow onwards i.e September 08, 2020. Candidates interested in the recruitment can submit the online application before September 29, 2020. Out of the total 535 vacancies, 160 vacancies are out for Manager (Risk), 200 for Manager(Credit), 30 for Manager(Treasury), 25 for Manager (Law), 02 for Manager (Architect), 08 for Manager (Civil ), 10 for Manager(Economic), 10 for Manager(HR), 40 for Senior Manager (Risk) and 50 for Senior Manager (Credit). Aspirants who are appointed as Manager post receives a monthly salary of Rs. 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 and Senior Manager gets Rs. 42020 -1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490.
Applications from Indian nationals are invited for the announced posts. To apply for the Senior Manager Risk post, candidates must have a Bachelors/ Masters degree in the concerned subject. Those who have -CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM can apply for Senior Manager Credit post. Candidates with Bachelors/ Masters degree in a relevant subject can apply for Manager Risk, Manager Law, Manager Architect and Manager Economics. To apply for Manger HR, candidates should have 02 years full time graduation degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/HR/ HRD/ HRM/Labour Law. A BE/ BTech degree is required in Civil Engineering to apply for Manager civil. To apply for the said posts, candidates must have attained the minimum age limit of 25 years and should not exceed that of 35 years.
The registration and application procedure for PNB manager and senior manager recruitment is conducted through online mode. Candidates have to visit the official website of PNB, pnbindia.in to get the registration link. We suggest applicants take the print out of the application form, once submitted, for future reference. Also, SC/ST/PWBD category candidates have to pay Rs. 175/- and all other category candidate have to pay Rs. 850/- as the application fee.
The selection procedure for PNB recruitment includes the online examination and interview round Candidates have to appear for the online examination in which they have to answer 200 questions. The online examination is conducted for 120 minutes. The examination is tentatively scheduled in the month of October/ November 2020. Those who qualify this stage are called for the interview round. PNB conducts an interview for 35 marks. Candidates have to secure minimum 40% marks in the interview for the final selection. The final merit list is prepared based on the marks secured by the candidate in the online examination and interview round.
