Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) is going to close the registration today, November 12, 2021, for the January 2021 session entrance exam. Based on the eligibility criteria, candidates can apply for a variety of courses such as M.Sc, M.Sc. MLT, OHS, PDF, Ph.D,. and fellowship programs. However, they have only today’s time to complete the registration formalities and submit their online applications. The registration portal is open only till today on the official website pgimer.edu.in.
PGIMER 2022 January session entrance exam is all set to be conducted on November 26, 2021, giving candidates merely 14 days to prepare for the exam. The exam will be held at selected centres across the country through the computer-based mode. Today is the last date to register for the January session beyond which PGIMER will not be accepting any application.
Interested and eligible candidates are advised to use these last few hours in completing their application form, uploading the required documents, and paying the necessary fee. All these formalities need to be completed on pgimer.edu.in. In terms of application fees, candidates belonging to General, OBC, and Sponsored categories must pay Rs.1500 for the course they wish to apply. Of course, this amount is either reduce or not applicable entirely for reserved categories such as SC, ST, and PwD.
Candidates are instructed to pay the fees in accordance with the category to which they belong. This fee can be paid using any of the online payment portals such as Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
After the conduction of PGIMER 2022 January session registration, candidates will also get an opportunity to make corrections in their application. To do so, a correction facility will be made available on the official portal on November 15, 2021. However, this facility is only limited to photograph and signature. Candidates will not be able to make any changes in the remaining particulars.
Successfully registered candidates are advised to use this facility wisely and make all the required rectifications. Beyond this, no further correction requests will be entertained. Post correction facility, if any errors are found in the application, authorities may summarily reject that aspirant’s candidature. Hence, this correction facility is a crucial step in the PGIMER 2022 admission process.
As mentioned before, PGIMER 2022 entrance exam is going to be held on November 26, 2021. Admit cards for the same will be made available 10 days prior on the official portal. Those who have registered for the PG medical exam are advised to download their admit cards as soon as possible, instead of waiting for the last moment.
