Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Managing Director. The official notification for the same with Advt.No. – 68/2020 is available on pesb.gov.in. Candidates who are eligible are recruited under North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation (CPSE). Aspirants who are shortlisted for the announced post receives Rs. 22500-600-27300 (IDA) as per month salary. Interested and eligible aspirants can submit their forms before September 03, 2020.
Candidates have to comply with the prescribed eligibility norms laid down by PESB. They must have a graduation degree in any discipline with a good academic record. Those who have completed their graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Food Technology with an MBA are preferred. Besides, candidates with relevant work experience at a senior level of management in a large scale organization are eligible. Those who possess experience in Finance/ Marketing and Production are given preference. The minimum age limit for internal and other employees is 40 years. Eligible applicants must be engaged in regular service on the date of application and interview. Contractual and Ad hoc service are not considered valid. Candidates must be working with any one of the following, Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), Central Government which includes Armed Forces of Union and all India services, State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE), Private sector bank with Rs.500 crore turnover or more.
Aspirants can submit their application forms either through online or offline format. However, the last date for application form submission remains the same. Online forms can be submitted through pesb.gov.in against the Managing Director Job Description. Applicants who work with the Private Sector have to submit certain documents with the firm. They have to upload the annual report of the company they are working with, whether the company is listed or not, evidence of working at Board Level, self-attested copies age and other educational qualification, proof of relevant job handled in past.

Candidates who meet the eligibility, work experience, age eligibility criteria are appointed as Managing Director in North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation. They are appointed for 05 years from the date of joining or superannuation age of 60 years or whichever is earlier.
