An advertisement for the recruitment of Junior Accountant, Lower Division Assistant and Executive Assistant is published recently by Odisha Forest Development Corporation Limited. As per the notification, ODFC is inviting online applications for the 146 aforementioned posts. Online enrollments start from October 27, 2020, at 10:00 AM onwards at odishafdc.com. Eligible and intending candidates are encouraged to submit the online applications before November 12, 2020, by 05:00 PM.
Odisha Forest Development Corporation has published 58 vacancies for Junior Accountant, 72 vacancies for Lower Division Assistant and 16 vacancies for Executive Assistant posts. Eligible candidates are recruited under these posts on contractual basis in different units of OFDC. During their contractual tenure, the newly appointed candidates get a monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 16880/- for Junior Accountant, Rs. 8800/- for Lower Division Assistant and Rs. 9500/- for Executive Assistant.
The selection to these posts is based on the written examination followed by a practical test. Date, venue, time for the written examination will be conveyed to eligible candidates through admit card. The written exam takes place for 200 marks. Candidates have to answer Multiple Choice Questions in Computer Based Test mode. Only shortlisted candidates are called for the practical test/ skill test/ The final selection of candidates is based on their performance in written exam/ practical test and computer skill test. There is no interview or personal discussion for this recruitment.
To apply for the vacant posts, aspirants must possess relevant educational qualifications. They should have passed +3 examination in commerce and have 02 years experience in a relevant post. Aspirants who have passed +3 examination or equivalent, have 02 years work experience and with 40 WPM typing speed are eligible for Lower Division Assistant post. To apply for the Executive Assistant post, candidates must have passed the +3 exam and have 02 years of experience with a certificate in Stenography.
