Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is looking for eligible candidates for the post of PGTs, TGTs, Miscellaneous Teachers & FCSA (Faculty-cum-System-Administrator). As per the official notification, the conducting body has announced a total of 454 vacancies for the said posts. The official notification for the same has been released on the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya, navodaya.gov.in. Applications for the said posts can be submitted on or before the last date September 11, 2020.
The recruitment for the said posts is in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of the following states and union territories of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Out of the total 454 vacancies, 98 vacancies are announced for PGT teachers, 283 vacancies for TGTs and 73 posts for FCSA. The recruitment to these posts is on contractual period. Aspirants who are shortlisted under hard station for the said posts of PGT gets Rs. 32500/- consolidated salary per month, TGTs gets Rs. 31250/- and FCSA gets Rs. 31250/- as consolidated salary per month.
Before candidates submit the application form, we suggest reading the eligibility criteria first. To apply for PGT teachers, candidates must possess 02 years integrated postgraduate course from regional college with a minimum of 50% marks. Those who MA/ M.Sc./ M.Com with 50% marks and B. Ed degree can also apply for PGT Teachers post. Those who wish to apply for TGT teacher post must possess 04 years integrated degree course with minimum 50% marks or Bachelors degree with 50% marks. B. Ed degree is mandatory to apply for all TGT teacher post. Additional weightage will be given to those candidates for TGTs who have qualified CTET exam. Candidates who possess B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ Degree with Diploma are eligible to apply for FCSA post.
Interested and eligible candidates have to submit application form through prescribed email address only. Candidates have to send a scanned copy of application form along with relevant documents in single PDF to the concerned cluster centres. To know the email address for each cluster centre JNV candidates are advised to get through the official notification once. Moreover, applicants should apply to only one cluster centre JNV.
To get the application form, candidates must download the notification as the application form is available in it. Candidates have to take a print out of the form and fill it accordingly. Create a pdf file of the filled application form and submit it to the specified cluster email. Also, keep tracking the official website of NVS to get the recent updates.
