NTA extends JIPMAT 2021 Registration Deadline to 31 May, Revised Exam Date TBA Soon

NTA has extended the JIPMAT 2021 registration deadline to May 30, 2021 up to 5:00 pm whereas the last date to pay the application fee is May 30, 2021 up to 11:50 pm.

National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a public notice today, April 30, 2021, regarding the extension of the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2021 registration process. The notice has been published on the official website nta.ac.in. According to the notice, JIPMAT registration deadline has been extended from May 01, 2021, to May 31, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. Moreover, candidates can submit the application fee on or before May 31, 2021, up to 11:50 pm. Considering these changes, candidates have been given an additional month to register for JIPMAT 2021.

According to the public notice, the COVID-19 pandemic has created multiple hurdles in the academics of students. Hence, they requested the NTA to extend the JIPMAT 2021 registration deadline. Previously, the last date to apply for the exam was April 30, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. The last date to pay the application fee was April 30, 2021, up to 11:50 pm. The correction facility was scheduled for candidates from May 05 to 10, 2021.

Considering the requests of students, NTA decided to postpone the registration deadline by a month. The correction facility has also been shifted from May to June 2021. Candidates can submit their corrections in the application form particulars from June 05 to 10, 2021 up to 5:00 pm. These particulars include the centre, cities of examination, etc. To avail this facility, candidates must pay certain additional fee charges on or before June 10, 2021, up to 11:50 pm.

JIPMAT 2021 aspirants must note the correction facility can only be availed through the online mode. NTA shall not entertain any corrections via post, email, or fax. The application and additional fee charges can be paid through online payments modes including Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UP and Paytm.

Candidates are requested to take the correction facility seriously as no further corrections shall be entertained by NTA. Moreover, the information mentioned in the final application form shall appear on the JIPMAT 2021 admit card. Hence, there must not be any discrepancies in the application form.

As per the notice, the revised schedule for examination and admit card download shall be updated on the official websites jipmat.nta.ac.in and nta.ac.in in due course of time. The exam centre as well as time or slot shall be indicated in the admit cards when they are issued. Previously, the JIPMAT 2021 exam was scheduled for June 20, 2021. Admit cards for the same were to be scheduled days before the exam on the official website. However, due to the extension of the registration process, the exam has also been postponed. NTA advised the candidates to visit the official websites consistently to get their queries resolved.
