National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR), Hyderabad is inviting eligible candidates to submit representations for State Programme Coordinators, Young Fellows and Cluster Level Resource Persons. The conducting body has announced 510 vacancies for the announced posts. Candidates are appointed under a national level project named – ‘Creating Clusters of Model Gram Panchayats to Achieve Holistic & Sustainable Development through Institutional Strengthening of GPs and Enablement of Quality GPDP across India’. Candidates are shortlisted on a contractual basis for over 02 years. Applications are invited from 10 State Programme Coordinators, 250 Young Fellows and 250 Cluster Level Resource Persons. They are shortlisted for 250 clusters across the states and Union Territories. Initially, candidates are appointed for one year. Based on their performance in the service and continuation of the Project, the service is may get extended.
Those who are shortlisted for State Programme Coordinator receives Rs.55,000/-. Candidates are appointed as Young Fellow, they get Rs.35,000/- per month and Cluster Level Resource Person receives Rs.12,500/- for working 25 full days every month. They also get additional travel cost inside the cluster of posting.
Candidates must have acquired Post Graduate in Economics/Rural Development/Rural Management/Political Science/Sociology/Social Work/Development Studies to apply for State Programme Coordinator, Young Fellow. To apply for Cluster Level Resource Person, candidates must have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university. Candidates must have relevant work experience in concerned fields before applying for any of the posts. They must have excellent command over Hindi and English language. Plus, candidates must know how to read, speak and write the local language of the district they are posted at.
The upper age limit for Cluster Level Resource is 40 years. Candidates age should be between the age limit of 30 years to 50 years if applying for State Programme Coordinator. Those who are applying for the Young Fellow, their age should be between 25 years to 30 years.

Candidates can submit their forms in two major steps – registration and application form submission. After successful submission, candidates must take a preview of the applications form and take a print out of the same for future reference.
