National Institute Of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the date sheet of class 10th and 12th for April session. Students were eagerly waiting for their schedule and finally, on February 27 NIOS has come with the final date sheet. NIOS senior secondary (class 12th) examinations scheduled from April 02 to 29. While the secondary (class 10th) exams are scheduled from April 03 to 29. The examination timings are from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
NIOS has announced the exam dates for the All India as well as Overseas candidates. Along with the main exam dates practical dates of April session has been announced. The practical exams will start from March 16 and will continue till March 30.
To check and download the date sheet for class 10th and 12th visit its official website- nios.ac.in. Click on the examination/ result tab and proceed further. A list of all the latest announcements will appear. Click on the link of date sheet of secondary or senior secondary. The date sheet will open in the pdf format. Check the entire schedule and download it.
NIOS will make the availability of the hall ticket online. Students will able to download it from its official website.
Practical exams of the candidates will be conducted in their respective Accredited Institutes (AI’s) where the enrollment for the admission process conducted. The practical exams will be conducted in small batches. So, students are advised to contact the respective centre superintendent to know the exam dates and the batches alotted to them.
There will be no change in the dates of the examinations and all those who have successfully make the payment of admission fees are eligible to appear for the exams.
After the completion of examinations, NIOS will declare the result within the six weeks after the last date of the examination. All those who have successfully cleared all the subjects will receive the mark sheet, provisional certificate, migration-cum-transfer certificate. While those who not able to clear the subjects will receive the mark sheets only.
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is the national level institute offering distance learning. The certificates issued by NIOS are equivalent to the academic certificates of the national level board like CBSE and CISCE. Lakhs of students have registered themselves for the secondary or senior secondary level examinations. NIOS conducts the examinations annually twice a year. One in the month of April and the other in the month of October. So, here for the academic year, 2019-20 NIOS is all set for April session.
