The admit card for the exam of Community Health Officer (CHO) recruitment by National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh (NHM MP) has been released on the SAMS website. NHM MP CHO Admit Card 2021 is available through candidate login on the official website samshrm.com while the exam is scheduled to be held on June 27, 2021.
As per reports, National Health Mission, Madhya Pradesh is going to conduct the NHM MP CHO 2021 Computer Based Test for the recruitment of 2850 Community Health Officers on a contractual basis. Now that the admit card for the CBTs have been released, candidates have to download and print out the same for appearing in the exam as per schedule on June 27, 2021.
How to Download NHM MP CHO Admit Card 2021?
The admit card for the NHM MP CHO 2021 Computer Based Test has been released on the official SAMS website through candidate login. Candidates have to enter the Application ID/Roll Number and their Date of Birth as per information entered on the application form to download the admit card.
It may be noted that the admit card is issued only for successfully registered candidates. The NHM MP CHO 2021 Registration process was conducted online from May 15 to 31, 2021. Check out the step by step guidelines for downloading and generating the print out of the admit card.
1st Step – At first, candidates have to open the website sams.co.in using any compatible internet browser such as Google Chrome.
2nd Step – On the homepage of the official website, candidates will be able to see the link for recruitment of 2850 Community Health Officers under the NHM Madhya Pradesh. One must click on this link.
3rd Step – After clicking on the aforementioned link, candidates will be able to see the Admit Card download link updated. One must click on this link.
4th Step – Upon clicking the Admit Card link, candidates are automatically redirected to the candidate login page.
5th Step – On the candidate login page, one must enter their Application ID/Roll Number and Date of Birth correctly in the designated fields.
6th Step – Once all the information has been correctly entered, candidates have to click on Submit to open the NHM MP CHO 2021 Admit Card.
7th Step – Candidates can verify the information indicated on the admit card and download/save a copy of the same on their device.
8th Step – After downloading the NHM MP CHO Admit card, candidates have to generate a print-out of the same for carrying to the exam centre.
