National Health Mission, Arunachal Pradesh is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Nursing Officer. Conducting body has advertised 250 decentralized posts for Nursing Officer. The recruitment is completely on a contractual basis. The detailed notification with No. APRHM/2020/41 can be downloaded from the official website, nrhmarunachal.gov.in. Eligible candidate can submit their application form before the last date which is July 30, 2020, before 07:00 PM.
The total 250 vacancies are announced under 26 districts of Arunachal Pradesh. Itanagar Capital Complex (ICC) district has the highest 24 vacancies out of the total. Those who are selected as Nursing Officer gets a salary of Rs. 20,200/- per month under NHM, Arunachal Pradesh.
To apply for a Nursing Officer, candidates must have M. Sc Nursing/B. Sc Nursing/ General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course. Candidates must have acquired these degrees from INC registered institutions. Aspirants must have a registration certificate of Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC). Preference is given to those who have specialization in ICU, Cardio and Trauma. In addition, three years of work experience is desirable. Candidates age should be between the age range of 18 years to 45 years. Aspirants must be in sound health and should be physically active.
Eligible candidates can submit their application form through the online or offline process. NHM, Arunachal Pradesh conducts the application procedure where candidates have to submit forms to registrar office or DMO office. Those who fulfil the eligibility norms have to submit the filled-in form and relevant documents to the respective district email Id. Refer to the official notification to get the email IDs for each district. Applicants can submit their forms to the District Medical Officer through the offline process.
The selection process of Nursing Officer includes two stages – Written Examination and Skill Test. After the scrutiny of the application is over on August 01, 2020, a written examination is conducted. The exam is scheduled to take place on August 02, 2020 between 1:00-2:30 PM Those who are able to qualify the written examination are called for the skill test. Venue for both the stages is conveyed to candidates by DMO of respective districts. Overall recruitment process gets over on August 08, 2020.
Those who are able to qualify both the rounds are appointed as the Nursing Officer and are posted at TRIHMS, Naharlagun. They are shortlisted on a contractual basis for a period up to March 31, 2021, or for 01 years, whichever is earlier. Newly recruited Nursing Officer have to complete specific tasks varying from the administration of medicines and injections to feeding feeble patients. Based on their service in the temporary period, their service is extended by Performance Appraisal Board.
