NEET 2022

The National Board of Education (NBE) has released its exam calendar for NEET SS 2022 exam. As per the exam calendar released on the official website, nbe.edu.in, NEET SS 2022 is scheduled for June 18 and 19, 2022. The candidates are advised to go through the information bulletin released by the board.

NEET SS 2022

Candidates aspiring for NEET SS 2022 must keep a tab on the official portal for all the latest updates regarding the official brochure, application form etc.

The board has also mentioned that the NEET SS exam 2022 is going to be on the revised exam pattern as announced. Earlier, this year the board has proposed a revised exam pattern for the NEET SS (Super Speciality) 2021 exam. The same could not happen as Supreme Court has quashed the theories put forward by the board and the government. However, the court asked the board to implement the changes from the session 2022-2023. Hence, from this year onwards, the NEET SS exam will be conducted on the revised exam pattern.

As per the latest changes included in the NEET SS exam pattern 100% weightage shall be given to the candidate’s knowledge regarding his domain. The latest pattern has been introduced keeping in mind that, candidates are able to manifest their entire knowledge of the subjects that they have studied in their PG. Along with this, the questions asked in the exam shall also judge the overall expertise and experience of candidates gained while pursuing the MD/MS/DNB.

According to the eligibility criteria, the candidate willing to apply for NEET SS 2022 must have a Postgraduate Medical Degree or Provisional Pass Certificate in MD/MS/DNB from a recognized medical college. However, those who are applying for the exam need to choose the subject group best suited for them.

Once the examination is over, the board releases the result for the candidates. All those who score marks equal to 50 percentile or more in each super speciality-specific merit list will be considered for the counselling session. NEET SS counselling is conducted by Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India at the All India level.

NEET SS (Super Speciality) 2021 exam is conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for admission of candidates in Super Speciality courses such as DM, MCh, and DNB courses. This examination is merely an entrance exam and is been held to provide admission to successful canddiates in any of these courses.
