The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences is going to release the admit cards for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2021 today, i.e. January 03. As per the official information bulletin, the exam will be held on January 10 while the results will be declared by January 31. Candidates who have applied for the test will be able to download the admit cards from the official website nbe.edu.in.
However, the NEET SS 2021 admit card will not be issued to those candidates who are found ineligible for the exam. To download the admit cards, follow the steps given below.
Step 1- Go to NBE’s official website – nbe.edu.in
Step 2- Click on the ‘NEET-SS’ option
Step 3- The ‘Admit Card’ button will appear on the screen
Step 4- Click on the link to open the candidate login portal
Step 5- Enter login ID and password
Step 6- After that, click on the ‘Login’ button
Step 7- Download and save the NEET SS 2021 admit card.
Every candidate will be informed about the availability of admit cards via email or SMS alerts. In addition that, a website notice regarding the same will also be published. Importantly, the admit cards have to be downloaded online and will not be sent to the candidates via post or email.
After downloading the NEET SS 2021 admit card, one should take a printout of the same and affix the latest passport size photo on the provided space. The photograph must have dimensions of 35×45 mm and should not be larger than the box provided. Moreover, at least 75% of the area in the photograph must be occupied by the face and head of the candidate. It should be a coloured photograph and taken against a white background.
NBE will be conducting the NEET SS 2021 exam in a social-distanced computer-based test mode in a safe and secure environment. Nonetheless, the Board reserves the right to review the test day procedures keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic. As per the time indicated in the admit cards, candidates have to report to the reporting counter of the test venue. There will be staggered time slots in order to avoid any sort of crowding. It must be noted that the reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the test.
Those candidates who will report late are not going to be allowed to appear for the exam. Hence, it has been advised to familiarize with the test venue at least one day prior to the exam. Candidates who will be issued the NEET SS 2021 admit card will have to meet the documentary requirements at the test centre.
