NEET PG 2022 Registration Ends Today, Apply at nbe.edu.in

Candidates will be able to download the admit card on March 7 from nbe.edu.in.

The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test – Post Graduate (NEET-PG), 2022 registration portal closes today. Candidates can apply online at nbe.edu.in till 11:55 p.m. today, February 04, 2022. The exam is conducted to admit eligible candidates with an MBBS degree into MD/ MS/ PG Diploma courses. The application fee for General, OBC and EWS candidates is Rs. 4250 and for SC/ ST and PwD candidates the application fee is Rs. 3250. The exam will be held in 256 cities across the country.

How to apply for NEET PG 2022?

Step 1: Head to the website nbe.edu.in.

Step 2: Select the ‘NEET-PG” tab.

Step 3: Click on ‘Application Link’ under 2022.

Step 4: Under ‘Links’ on the right side of the screen, click on ‘New Registration’.

Step 5: A declaration pop-up box will appear, select ‘I am an Applicant’.

Step 6: Candidates will be able to view some instructions displayed on the screen. Read them carefully and click on ‘Close’.

Step 7: Candidates have to first register themselves to generate a username and a password.

Step 8: Now, click on the ‘Applicant Login’ link and login using the username and password.

Step 9: Fill up other relevant information like personal details, contact details, residential address, educational qualifications, etc.

Step 10: Now, upload the required documents including candidate’s photograph, signature and MBBS Qualification certificate.

Step 11: Candidates will be able to enter their exam city preferences.

Step 12: The final step is to proceed to payment and pay the application fee.

The edit window will be open from February 08 to 11, 2022. The admit card will be released on March 07, 2022 at nbe.edu.in. Candidates have to carry the admit card and a valid ID proof to the exam centre. A demo test will be available in the website from March 01 to help the candidates get familiarised with the Computer Based Test (CBT). The exam is scheduled to be conducted on March 12, 2022.

NEET PG 2022 Pattern

The total duration of the exam is 3.5 hours. There are a total of 200 MCQs carrying 4 marks each, with a negative marking of 1, which will be deducted in case of wrong answers.

NEET PG 2022 Results

The results will be declared by March 31, 2022. The admissions will be based on the exam score and the reservation policies. Once the NEET PG results are declared, there will be no provision for re-checking/ re-evaluation.

Qualifying Criteria

Also, in the case of 2 or more candidates belonging to the same category securing the same score, a tie-breaking criteria will be followed.
