NEET PG 2019 Exam date Announced; Know complete details here

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced the exam date for NEET PG 2019. As per the released notification, the NEET PG 2019 exam will be conducted on January 06, 2019. Also, through the official notification, the exam conducting body has stated that the information brochure will be out in the month of October 2018.

NEET PG 2019 exam date

NEET PG is a national level entrance examination which is conducted by NBE every year for admission in to MD / MS / PG Diploma programs in various medical colleges for the academic session 2019. It is a single window entrance examination for PG courses. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses.

In order to apply for the NEET PG 2019 exam, the candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. Only those candidates can apply who have an MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognized college. The candidate should possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

The online registration shall start by the Last week of October 2018. The candidates will be able to register for the entrance exam through online mode only at neetpg.nbe.edu.in. The candidates shall have to pay a registration fee of  Rs 3,750 for General Category, and Rs. 2,750 for SC/ST/ PWD/ PH category. The application fee shall be payable by online mode using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

With the release of the NEET-PG 2019 Information Brochure, the candidates will get to know eligibility criteria, fee schedule, and other relevant details.

NEET PG is a Computer Based Test (CBT) which is conducted will be conducted on a single day in a single session only. The test will comprise of 300 multiple choice questions from the MBBS curriculum followed at medical colleges in India. The syllabus for the exam shall comprise of subjects/knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of Government of India.

As far as the marking scheme is considered, for a correct answer, you will get 04 marks also there shall be a negative marking, Hence, for an incorrect answer, 01 marks shall be deducted.

    When you are selecting a candidate through different examination on caste level why the examination fee is different.Many in General are economically poor & many in others category rich.At least do justice for all.Please do not make fool to democracy.

    If you are really unhappy with the provision, go change it !

    As the centre has the power regarding NEET PG provisions,all you have to do is Step onto the podium of politics,win & get into central government and change the provision…!

    1st of all I don’t get it why the neet examination fee is so high.. every year if someone doesn’t qualify it feels terrible that u paid a heavy amount n it’s gone waste…
