Nearly, 14 lakh candidates are eagerly waiting to check their NEET 2020 result. NTA has released the final answer key for NEET 2020. However, result is yet to be uploaded on the official website, ntaneet.nic.in. Despite this, students have found a login for NEET result in which security pin is missing.
The login for NEET 2020 scorecard is available at ntaresults.nic.in/NEET20/Result/ResultNEET.htm. Hence, it is the actual login for NEET 2020 but the result is not out yet. The result will only be announced when NTA will display the login on the official website of NEET 2020, which is ntaneet.nic.in.
Another reason why the result of NEET 2020 has not been announced is that NEET 2020 security pin is missing on the login. This leads us to the second question, what is NEET 2020 security pin? It is a captcha which is displayed in the login. Candidates need it, along with the roll number and date of birth to check their NEET result.

A security pin is a combination of letters and number. Each time the login is refreshed, a unique security pin is generated. As soon as the security pin will be displayed in NEET 2020 result login, candidates will be able to check the result.
NEET 2020 result is only announced online. To check the result, candidates need to visit ntaneet.nic.in and click on the link for “view NEET 2020 result”. Then, the candidates need to enter roll number and date of birth to access the login. Following this, the dashboard opens and from it, candidates can check their NEET 2020 result.
The result of NEET is available as scorecard. It is valid for 1 year. However, for candidates wanting admission abroad it will be valid for 3 years, depending on the college admission criteria. The result of NEET 2020 contains details about the candidates, raw marks, percentile score, all India rank, category rank, cut off, etc.
The percentile score of NEET has been calculated on the basis of raw score. On the other hand, rank has been determined on the basis of percentile score and cut off. The rank of NEET is important as on the basis of candidates are called for counselling and seat allotment. For 15% all India quota seats only those candidates are called who score more than the cut off for the exam.
NEET 2020 counselling is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee. MCC only hold counselling or 15% all India quota seats. Rest of 85% seats are filled on the basis of state counselling.
