NEET 2020 result has been declared and soon counselling for MBBS / BDS admission will begin. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct counselling for 15% all India quota seats and the rest of the seats will be filled during the state counselling. The details for the counselling will be out soon. MCC will release the details mcc.nic.in, whereas, the states will provide the information separately.
The counselling of NEET is held as per the norms by MCI, NMC, and DCI. In the state medical counselling, candidates only from the respective state can participate and admission is also provided only in the colleges in that state. However, under 15% all India quota seats, qualifying candidates get a chance to get admission in some of the best medical colleges all over India.
The most recent update on NEET 2020 counselling is that the candidates who wish to take admission in MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS courses offered by Delhi University under the CW category (85% Delhi quota) have to submit the related documents for CW concession / entitlement.
MCC has released a new notice on the website regarding this. The candidates have to upload documents on the website of Faculty of Medical Sciences at fmsc.ac.in or on the portal of Delhi University addressed at http://app.du.ac.in/formcentral/view.php?id=74563.
The submission of the documents for CW concession / entitlement must be done by October 23, 2020. All documents have to be as per the prescribed size and format as given on the portals.
The certificates for CW concession / entitlement that the candidates have to scan and upload are CW concession certificate, Pension Payment Order (PPO) Certificate, Identity Card of Defence Official (Parent of the Ward), NEET Admit Card of the candidate, NEET Score Card of candidate, Marksheet of 11th Class of candidate, and the Marksheet of 12th Class of candidate.

As per the latest stats, this year, there are 82926 MBBS seats, in 541 colleges of India. The highest number of colleges and seats is in Karnataka, which is 60 and 9495 respectively and for the first time, AIIMS and JIPMER are part of the exam and NEET counselling.
NEET 2020 was held on September 13 and the results were declared on October 16, 2020. For admission against the 15% all India quota seats, the cutoff marks of NEET this year is 147 marks, for UR-PH it is 129 marks and for the ST / ST-PH / SC / SC-PH / OBC / OBC-PH is 113 marks.
The courses in which admission will be granted via NEET 2020 scores are MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS. Apart from these courses, colleges of Maharashtra also grant admission in bachelor of Physiotherapy (B. PTh.), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B. OTh.)., Bachelor of Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP), Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BP & O) and B.Sc. Nursing via NEET result 2020.
