Candidates are advised to not panic about it. CBSE will definitely release hall tickets this week. Last year exam was on May 7 and admit card was released on April 15. Following that timeline, since exam is on May 6 this year, therefore admit card is likely to be issued on April 14.
While NEET 2018 admit card is critical for the exam: since it allows a student to enter exam hall and sit for exam, the bigger reason why candidates want to get it sooner is because they want to see where they have got exam centre.
This year, NEET exam is being conducted in 150 cities in India. Last year, exam was organized in only 103 cities. And even before that, there used to be around 53 cities only for exam.
Exam centre once assigned in admit card cannot be changed. Hence students wish to know their exam centre soon and know whether they have to make travel arrangements or not to reach assigned centre. However, there are higher chances of getting centre in first city of choice.
