National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has announced the exam dates for LDC, UDC, and MTS recruitment 2019. Moreover, the commission has published dates from which admit cards will be released. The registration for all three posts recently closed on Saturday.
As per the exam schedules released, written exam for LDC, UDC, MTS will be held on October 20, 2019, October 6, 2019, and November 17, 2019 respectively. Admit cards for the exams will be released in this order, October 11, 2019, September 27, 2019, November 8, 2019. As can be seen, NCDRC will release admit cards exactly nine days prior to each exam. All the three exams are on Sundays. It is also mentioned in the exam schedules that the time of issuance of admit cards will be 2 pm on the respective dates.
NCRDC will release admit cards for recruitment 2019 in online mode at ncdrc.nic.in. Candidates will have to visit the careers page and click on “Jobs Direct Recruitment 2019 Dt 20/07/2019” that leads to the central page for this recruitment of LDC, UDC, MTS in NCDRC. From there, candidates will have to login to download their admit cards, the commission has made it clear that the document will not be sent by post. Though it is not clear what login credentials will be required for admit card download, right now the application form print login needs email ID, date of birth, password.
Like in several govt job exams, candidates tend to forget their passwords and then face difficulties when the time comes to use it. With this in mind, NCDRC has provided the “forgot password facility”. On the login page, one will find it. Password can be retrieved or reset by email ID, date of birth. The same can be utilized at the time of downloading admit card.
NCRDRC recruitment 2019 is for group C posts namely LDC, UDC, and MTS. They are respectively level 2, level 4, and level 1 posts. There are respectively 12, 11, and 14 vacancies in these posts. Class 12 pass candidates were invited to apply for LDC, graduates could apply for UDC, and class 10 pass could apply for MTS posts.
For the post of LDC, there will be four papers namely 1, 2, 3, 4. Paper 1 will be an objective type test with 50 questions in general english and comprehension, 25 in general aptitude, and 25 general knowledge questions. Then there will be a paper 2, objective type computer knowledge test with 25 questions. Both these tests will be of two hours. Paper 3 will be a ten minutes typing test. And paper 4 will be two hour long descriptive test.
UDC post selection also comprises of four such papers. The qualifying marks are 50% for general candidates in papers 1, 2, and 4. And SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PH candidates must score 45%. MTS post exam is an objective test of two hours. The test has four parts with 25 questions each, on general intelligence and reasoning, numerical aptitude, general english, general awareness.
