National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2019 Admit Card has been released on June 26, 2019, on the official website of NATA. NATA 2019 will be held from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm on July 07, 2019. The candidate has to appear with the hard copy of the admit card at the time of examination. Also, candidates need to keep the admit card secure till the admission procedure is completed.
To check the NATA 2019 Admit Card, candidates need to visit the official website. A downloadable version of the admit card is uploaded for the candidates on the website. Details like Application number/ email ID and password needs to be filled in by the candidate to login and access the admit card. After the details are filled in, the admit card will appear on the screen. The admit card can be downloaded by the candidates.
After downloading the admit card, candidates can check the details in it. Admit card will hold details like the exam center, roll number of the candidate, date, and time. The candidates have to carry the admit card to the examination center along with one original photo ID card – Aadhar card/ PAN card/ Voter card.
The exam will be divided into two parts – A and B. Part A will be an online examination, while Part B will include drawing. The students will have 3 hours where the first half will be for completing Part A and the second half will be for completing Part B. No negative marking will be done in the examination. In order to qualify, the candidate will have to score a minimum of 25% in both MCQ questions (30 out of 120marks) and drawing questions (20 out of 80 marks).
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is being conducted by COA since 2006. NATA ensures the eligibility criteria for admission to five years Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree course, as prescribed by CoA and duly approved by the Central Government. NATA measures the aptitude of the applicant for a specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test makes an assessment of drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity, Mathematics at 10+2 level and critical thinking ability.
