Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will be declaring the NBSE HSLC and HSSLC Result 2019 today, on May 02, 2019, at 2:00 pm. Like every time, the result will be available on the official website- nbsenagaland.com. The result will be released at the login as well as in the pdf format. Login detail such as roll number is required by the candidate in order to check the result.
In order to check the result, the candidates have to visit the official website first. After that, you have to click on the “Results” link. Once you will click on the link, you will be redirected to a new page. On this page, you will see a list of result. Click on the “HSLC 2019” or “HSSLC 2019” link. After clicking on your required link, your result will appear on the screen. The result will be available in the pdf format. The candidates can check and download the result for future purposes.
To check the result at the login students need to enter their roll number or their name in the space provided.
Last year the board has released the NBSE HSLC and HSSLC Result 2019 on May 18. But this year the board is going to announce the result a bit earlier than the previous year.
Nagaland Board conducted class 10 examination from February 13 to February 25, 2019. However, the examination for class 12 was held from February 12 to March 04, 2019. However, the board will declare the result for both on the same date i.e May 02, 2019.
Last year, around 19,000 students appeared for class 10 examination. Out of these, only 13,858 candidates were able to qualify for the exam. However, the passing percentage for the same was 66.86%. The count of girls and boys candidates was 10,000 and 9,000 respectively. The results for class 10 was declared on 18 May.
The prior year, the passing percentage for class 12 students was 79.21%. However, the student belonging to Science stream banged the highest passing percentage of 84.39%. The second position was banged by the Commerce student with a passing percentage of 73.75%. Moreover, the third position was secured by the students belonging to the Arts stream with a passing percentage of 73.42%.
Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) was established on November 15, 1973. It is a school board in the state of Nagaland which is responsible for the promotion of secondary and higher secondary education in the state. It is also responsible for adopting the reforms in examination and evaluation practices. It also organizes the seminars and workshop for teachers and heads of institutions. Its major function is to inspect schools to ascertain the attainment of standards.
