Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) has released the hall ticket for winter 2019 examination. The MSBTE hall ticket winter 2019 can be downloaded from the link provided at msbte.org.in. Students need to enter their enrollment number or seat number in order to download their admit card to appear in the diploma exams as per final time table.
How to download MSBTE Hall Ticket Winter 2019?
The first thing to do is to go to the official website of the board, msbte.org.in. on the website, there is a latest news section where all the important updates are running as a scroller. Wait for the notification on hall ticket to appear, and when the link with text “Hall-Ticket for Winter 2019 Examination” appears, click it.
This leads to the hall ticket download page, where, student has to enter either enrollment number or seat number, and hit the submit button.
On entering enrollment number, a table appears on screen that contains serial number, enrollment number, candidate name, scheme, seat number, institute code, center code, status code, appear code, time table.
To print the hall ticket, click on seat number.
Before printing the hall ticket, candidate should access the page setup option from the file menu and configure left, right, top, and bottom margins to 0.5; header and footer should be blank. The printer should have A4 size sheet.
What does MSBTE Hall Ticket contain?
MSBTE hall ticket contains various details already known to the student, and new details pertaining to the exam. Candidate details in the admit card are enrollment number, region, seat number, full name, photograph. Exam specific details are such as exam center code and name, program or course name, course or year scheme, subject appearing for, exam receipt number, instructions.
The hall ticket is not the blanket permission to appear for the examination. It shall not hold valid if student does not fulfill any clause or condition laid down by the board.
Student should be present at the center at least 10 minutes before the exam, or as per timing mentioned in the admit card. Examinees will not be allowed to leave the hall in the first 30 minutes and last 10 minutes.
Such students who do not present the MSBTE winter exam hall ticket shall not be allowed entry to the center. In addition, identity card issued by the institute will also be required.
After downloading hall ticket, students should check all the details in it. In the case of any discrepancy, the same should be notified to the institute at once.
The photograph of students should be printed on the hall ticket. If in in case it has to be pasted, then it needs to be attested by the institute with seal and signature of the principal.
