Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (MGSU), Bikaner, Rajasthan, has released the time table for final year COVID special exams 2021 for UG, PG & professional courses. University has decided to conduct these exams for BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, LLB, BEd, MA, MSc, MCom, and other programs, from July 26, 2021, onwards. Students appearing for the Covid-19 special exams for part 3 or final year can check the final year time table from the official websites of the university i.e mgsubikaner.ac.in and univindia.net. Admit cards for the exams are expected to release on July 16, 2021.
The examination for the BA, BSc, BCom, BCA 3rd year, M.A, MSc, BEd, MCom, PG Diploma 2nd year will be conducted from July 26 to August 10, 2021. Exams will be held in a single session, from 11 am to 1 pm, with a duration of two hours. According to media reports, approximately 1.6 lakh students are expected to appear in these offline exams.
In order to check the time table, students need to visit the official website i.e mgsubikaner.ac.in. Then click the link “timetable” under the menu option “Examination”. This leads to the page “Covid-19 Special Examination 2020”. Here, one can click the Download button to get time table of the relevant program.
The admit cards of the students are expected to be issued by July 16, 2021. Based on the calculations, admit cards of COVID-19 special exams shall be issued on any date around July 16. This is based on past year trends, and the proposed exam time table. However, even if the university does not release the admit cards by July 16, it will most certainly do so before the July 24, 2 days ahead of the exams. In case discrepancy is found in the admit card, students need to reach out to the MGSU authorities.
Once the admit card gets released, students appearing for the July-August exams of the formerly known as Bikaner University will have to download and take a printout of their admit card. To download the admit card, candidates will have to visit the website univindia.net or mgsubikaner.ac.in. Thereafter, using the Id card number and course code students can download their admit card. It is compulsory for students to carry their admit cards at the examination centre. Otherwise, they will not be allowed entry inside the examination hall.

Meantime, the university has also activated a students’ panel for practical and theory exams on its official website. The panel is to help students to attempt a two-hour mock test. All latest information regarding the theory and practical exams is also available in the panel.
