Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (MDU) has released the hall ticket and date sheet of the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) July 2021 examinations for its undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
The admit cards have been released on the official website, at mdu.ac.in, and can be download by students using their login details. Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), MDU Rohtak July 2021 session exams will commence on July 24, 2021. Detailed date sheets for BA and BCom 3rd year (Fresh/Re-Appear/Improvement) exams have also been uploaded on the official site.
To download the admit card, students need to log in on MDU Rohtak official website mdu.ac.in. Then will have to navigate to the Examination section. Thereafter, students will have to press click on the “Admit Card (Full/DDE/Re-Appear/Improvement)” link. Doing so, will direct them to a new admit card window. To access the MDU DDE admit card, student’s Student Id/ Registration numbers are required. In order to download, students need to hit the submit button. Thereafter, an admit card will appear on the screen. Students will have to download and take a printout of the same, for future use.
Yesterday, on July 13, Controller of Examination, MDU Rohtak published the date sheet for DDE July 2021 online/offline exams for final year B.A and B.Com students. According to the proposal, examinations will be conducted July 24 to August 04, 2021.
The examination will begin at 09:30 am and to last at 12:30 pm, with a three-hour duration. Whereas, an additional one hour will be given to students in case they opt for an online examination, for uploading the visible image in PDF format of written pages.

According to the instructions intimated through the exam date sheet, MDU has asked all the students to follow the national guidelines related to COVID-19 as issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs/State Govt. from time to time. The students have been asked to follow the Standard Operating Procedures for online descriptive exams as it is available on the website- mdu.ac.in. At the entry point of the examination center, thermal scanning will be carried out to avoid the risk of infection.

Entry without a face mask is restricted and all students will have to enter the examination centre wearing a face mask. They are also asked to bring with them their own bottle of water, sanitizer, and gloves. In addition, the students will have to report to the examination centre at least one hour before the commencement of the examination. Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets inside the examination hall are also prohibited.
While in the examination hall, students will have to ensure that they have been supplied the correct questions papers, before answering the question paper. Complaints in this regard, if any, shall not be entertained once the examination start, says varsity.
