Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is all set to release the hall tickets of Term-End Examination June 2021 on its website ignou.ac.in. The hall tickets are expected to be released in the last week of July, in accordance with the trend being followed by IGNOU. Thus, students who have registered for the TEE June 2021 exam, shall be able to download the hall ticket from the official website- ignou.ac.in, as and when released by the varsity. The term-end exams for final year undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, postgraduate diploma, and certificate courses will begin on August 03, 2021. Owing to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, instructions have also been issued to the students.
Last year, due to the pandemic, IGNOU conducted the term-end exams in the September-October months. For the delayed exams, the hall ticket was issued on September 9, exactly 8 days before the first exam date.
If a similar trend is followed this year, then the most likely release date for IGNOU July TEE 2021 admit card is July 26, 2021. There is slight possibility that the hall ticket may release sooner. However in any case, it is expected to be available on a date between July 25 to 31, 2021.
However, the exact date regarding date of the hall ticket release has not been published on the official site as yet.
Meanwhile, on social media students have started asking authorities about when the hall tickets of IGNOU TEE June 2021 exams will release.
Once released, candidates can download their hall tickets by clicking on the “Hall Ticket for Term End Examination June 2021″ to be available in the ‘Student Zone’ section and on the homepage of the University website. By doing so, candidates will be redirected to the hall ticket page. To access the hall ticket students need to enter their nine-digit enrollment number and program code. Then, they will have to hit submit button. Doing so, hall tickets will appear on the screen. Candidates have to download and take a print copy of their hall ticket.
According to the IGNOU TEE June 2021 date sheet, the examination will be held in two sessions, i.e. morning session from 10 am to 1 pm and evening session from 2 pm to 5 pm. However, the actual duration of each exam will be mentioned in the Question Paper. The answer to the question paper will only be accepted in the language in which the programme is offered. However, students have an option to attempt the examination of the course (s) in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same in English medium (except for language programmes).
In order to conduct the exams safely, IGNOU has also released instructions to be followed by the students inside the examination hall. Social Distancing and other measures pertaining to COVID-19 will strictly be adhered to by all the examination centres. Students are also required to adhere to the guidelines and maintain Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure the safety and health of their own, fellow students and staff at the examination centre.
