Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has announced that they will declare the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) result 2021 on Friday, June 18, 2021. Students who appeared in the Mizoram board class 12 exams held in February-March can check their result online at mbse.edu.in upon announcement.
The MBSE HSSLC result 2021 date has been announced via press reports in leading dailies. However the exact time at which result will be available has not been disclosed. The board had announced class 10 results at 12 noon. Thus, for the class 12 results too, the result time is expected to be by noon, and it can also be in the morning hours.
Previously the board declared HSLC (class 10) results a few days ago, on June 11, 2021.
On Friday, MBSE will make the result available on its official website mbse.edu.in. However the result is anticipated to be hosted at indiaresults.com. The link to check result will be however provided in the notifications section of the official website.
Students will be able to check their results by entering roll number, and registration number. It may be noted that at the time of entering registration number, do not enter year.
As per reports, students will also be able to get result via SMS. To do so, they have to send SMS- MBSE12 <Roll No> and send it to to 5676750. Here, one must replace the section <Roll No> with their actual roll numbers.
MBSE conducted the HSSLC board exams from February 27 to March 25, 2021. The subject papers include English, Mizo, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, Education, Psychology, Physics, Accountancy, Political Science, Public Administration, Business Studies, Biology, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, History, Geography, Geology, Economics, Chemistry, Sociology, Computer Science, Home Science. Practical exams were held for the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Geography, Psychology, Home Science, Computer Science, in the month of February.
As reported in the press, quoting the board controller of examinations, Lalrinmawia Ralte, a total of 11,849 students appeared in the HSSLC exams. The pass percentage in previous year results were 78.52%.
This year, in the class 10 exams, the pass percentage was 82.43%. It was exceptionally higher than last time, when 76.65% students had passed. The pass percentage of girls in HSLC exams was 83%, and for boys it was 81.75%. A total of 18,012 students had appeared in the exam.
