The exam for both PBT Phase II and CBT will take place on September 15, 2018. Even for Thiruvananthapuram and Cochin centres, the exam will be held on the same date. The admit card for such candidates has already been released on August 30, 2018.

The CBT exam has will conduct between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. As mentioned on the official website, candidates must report the test centre by 8:00 AM. On the examination day, carry the admit card, identity proof, and required stationery items. For paper-based test, it is necessary that you carry ball pens for rough work and importantly HB pencils to mark answers on the response sheet. For the computer-based test, rough sheets will be provided by the test invigilator.

While marking the answer in response sheet ensure that you do not mark more than one option. In case you have marked an incorrect option, then erase the same and mark the new one. Essentially, do not tear, mutilate or add unnecessary marks on the OMR Sheet. For CBT, ensure that you are saving the answers before moving to the next one. You can also leave a question for review and answer it later.

While in the examination hall, sign the attendance sheet and the hall ticket in the presence of test administrator. In addition to that, make sure that he/she signs on the admit card also. In the end, the invigilator may give you the part of the admit card as a proof that you appeared for the examination.

When the exam is over, you must submit the response sheet and the question book to the invigilator. Leave the premises only after the proper instructions only. Also for CBT, follow test administrator instructions for the final submission of the exam.

The MAT September Result will release on September 21, 2018, for all the candidates together. You can download it after entering the Roll Number and Registration number. The result will be available in the form of a scorecard containing the overall and sectional percentile. After the announcement of result, if you clear the cut off you will get the call from the b-schools to participate in the selection process for admission in the academic year 2019-21.

Most importantly, to participate in the admission process, you have to fill the application for each college separately. You must also check the complete admission criteria, placement record, fee structure on the official website. After MAT September, you can also apply for upcoming MAT 2018 December session.
