The University of Madras has announced the result for UG, PG and Professional Degree exams. The candidates can check their result online at the official website of the University, ideunom.ac.in.
To check the result, visit the official website of the University. Then on the home page, click on the link for “Regular College UG / PG / Professional Degree Examination Results – April 2018“. Next, you need to enter Register Number. After entering the detail, click on “Get Marks” button and the result will be available on the screen. Finally, download and take a print out of the result.
Also, for the academic session 2018-2019 the University has just completed the registration process for admission to PG and MPhil courses. For PG Diploma, Diploma and Certificate courses the last date to apply is July 31, 2018.
Now, that the result has been announced, the University of Madras will soon release the schedule for Revaluation process. The students will be able to apply for Revaluation of their answer sheets by submitting online application and fee for the same.
The University conducted the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree Choice Based Credit System examinations on April 10. However, the Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree Choice Based Credit System examinations and BCom (Honours) degree examinations were held on April 11.
The University of Madras is one of the oldest university of South India. It was established in 1857 by an Act of Legislative Council of India. The university is commonly known as UNOM and Located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The university imparting various UG and PG Education through the affiliated colleges which are spread over the districts of Chennai, Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram.
It has been growing from strength to strength while widening its teaching and research activities. The university conducts examination twice a year. The First Examination is conducted in April and the second one in November / December.
