Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started the facility to change language change in RRB Junior Engineer 2019. The candidates who applied for RRB JE 2019 (CEN 03/2018) can now access the login and change the language in which they wish to take the exam. The last date to make the changes is May 01, 2019 and the facility will end at 11:59 pm.
Candidates can only make the changes in RRB JE 2019 Application Form online, from the official website of 21 RRBs. To do so, candidates need to click on the link for “Click Here to login for change of Exam Language – CEN 03/2018” link. Following this, the candidates will be directed to a new page. There, they need to choose the same RRB that was selected during the form filling. Next, to access the login, the candidates need to enter the registration number and date of birth. Once the login opens, candidates can change the exam language from the dashboard.
Candidates who will not make any change in RRB JE exam language will get question paper in the earlier chosen language only. Railway Board will not entertain any request from language change after the deadline ends.
The question paper of the exam will be prepared in 15 languages, which are English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Konkani, Odiya, Assamese, Bengali, Manipuri, and Malayalam. Candidates will get question paper in English and in the chosen language. During the exam, it will be upto the candidate in which language they wish to read it. If there is any difference or dispute in then questions given in English and chosen language then facts in English language will be considered as valid.
RRB JE Exam Date 2019 After Elections
The online registration for RRB JE 2019 ended on January 31, 2019. Since then, the candidates are looking for RRB JE 2019 Exam Date. As per CEN 03/2018, the exam date shall be in April / May 2019. However, as per the media reports, Indian Railway will hold RRB JE 2019 after elections.
India Elections 2019 are ending on May 19, 2019, and the result will be out by April 23, 2019. It is expected that the examination for Railway JE will begin after that. Few social media reports also suggest that the exam will begin from May 27, 2019. However, there is authentic proof for this exam date.
RRB JE CBT 1 is a 100 Marks Exam
The CBT 1 of RRB JE will be a 100 marks exam, in which candidates will have to solve 100 multiple choice questions. These questions will be asked from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, and General Science. The maximum number of questions will be asked from maths and science, 30 each. From general intelligence and reasoning, 25 questions will be asked and the number of questions from general awareness will be 15.
Only those candidates will qualify the examination, who will score more than 40% marks in the examination. The minimum cut off for OBC and SC candidates is 30% and for the ST candidates, it is 25%.
