The Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India has successfully conducted the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) exam 2022 on May 22, 2022. This year, the test was held after a big gap owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the completion of the exam, various coaching centres have started releasing the answer keys unofficially. These answer keys are helpful for the students to have a general idea of their performance in the exam.
Answer Key by Coaching
Although unofficial, these answer keys can help the students calculate a tentative score. Coaching centres such as Vedantu, Infinite Now Academy and Unacademy have released the answer keys for KVPY 2022 exam. Students can check the answer keys and also compare the answers with their own to evaluate their performance. The expected or safe score is between 40 and 60. Official Answer Key
As compared to the previous year, the overall difficulty level of the KVPY 2022 question paper was high. Experts on YouTube have predicted that the question paper along with the answer keys will be released within one week from the completion of the exam. If students go by this trend, then the KVPY 2022 answer key is expected to be released officially by May 29, 2022.
So far, the result date has not been announced on the official website. However, based on the previous year’s trend, it can be predicted that the results will be announced in July 2022. As and when the KVPY 2022 results are announced, students can check the same from the official website – kvpy.iisc.ac.in.
For the 2020 session, the exam was conducted on January 31, 2021 and the results were announced on March 16, 2021. Taking cues from this trend, it can be said that the KVPY 2022 result is going to be declared by July 05, 2022.
KVPY Scholarship 2022
For SA, SX, and SB the fellowship amount during 1st to 3rd years of – B.Sc., B.S., B.Stat., B.Math., Integrated M.Sc., M.S. is Rs 5000 while the annual contingency grant is ₹20000. On the other hand, the SA, SX, SB – during M. Sc. 4th to 5th years of Integrated M.Sc., M.S., M.Math. and M.Stat. is Rs 7000 as a monthly fellowship. The annual contingency grant is Rs 28000.
