KCET 2021 Registration Starts Today; Know How to Apply @ kea.kar.nic.in

KCET 2021 application form is starting today on the official website kea.kar.nic.in. The application fee can be paid online or offline after submission of the online form.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the KCET 2021 registration process today. The KCET 2021 application form can be filled out online on the official website kea.kar.nic.in till the last date. As per the official website, the last date to apply online is July 10, 2021 while the last date to pay the application fee is July 13, 2021.

KCET 2021 is scheduled to be held on August 28, 29 and 30, 2021 for admission to UG programs in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Veterinary Science, Farm Science, Yoga & Naturopathy, Pharmacy etc. Candidates aspiring for the KCET exam have to register online and fill up the application form by paying the specified application fee.

How to apply for KCET 2021?

Applications for KCET 2021 can only be submitted online only on the official KCET website. At first, candidates have to register online to generate the Application Number, User ID and Password. Once registered, candidates have to use the ID and the password to login to fill up the application form and pay the fees. Check out the complete process in a step by step manner below.

1st Step – At first, open the website kea.kar.nic.in using any compatible internet browser.

2nd Step – Click on the option for New Candidate Registration and fill up the registration form. For this, candidates have to enter basic details such as name, date of birth, mobile number etc.

3rd Step – Once the registration form is filled up, candidates have to submit it online to generate the Application Number, User ID and Password.

4th Step – Candidates can now log in to the website using the User ID and Password to open the KCET 2021 Application Form.

5th Step – Fill up the application form with basic student information, address, reservation details, exam details etc.

6th Step – Candidates also have to upload scanned images of their recent photograph, signature and left thumb impression on the KCET application form.

7th Step – After ensuring that all the information entered are correct, candidates can submit the application form and download the fee payment challan for offline fee payment or pay the fee online to complete the application process.

8th Step – Candidates are advised to generate a print out of the submitted application form for future reference.

KCET 2021 Application Fee

An application fee, as specified by the Karnataka Examinations Authority for the KCET 2021 exam must be paid online or offline in order to complete the application process. KEA allow relaxations on the application fee for candidates belonging to special reserved categories.

As per last year, the application fee for GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B categories of Karnataka is Rs 500/- while for SC, ST, CAT-1 candidates and all female candidates, the application fee is Rs 250/-. All candidates who are from outside of Karnataka have to pay Rs 750 as application fee while for overseas candidates, the application fee amount is Rs 5000. Candidates can pay the fee offline using bank challan or online using credit/debit card or internet banking.
