KCET 2021 Online Application Form Released at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in; Check Documents Required, Fees, How to Apply

The online registrations for KCET 2021 Exam has started online. Eligible candidates can apply on or before the last date ie July 10, 2021

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)  has activated the direct link for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 Application Form. Eligible candidates can submit the KCET application form through cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The last date for KCET 2021 Online application form submission is July 10, 2021.

Applications for the entrance exam are accepted only through online mode. At first, candidates are required to browse the official website, kea.kar.nic.in or cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. They have to complete KCET registration to generate the application number, user id and password. Upon successful registration, candidates can proceed to log in and submit the KCET application form. Enter the important details including basic student information, address, reservation details, exam details. Then, upload the scanned images of documents and submit the requisite application fee.

The KCET application fee is specified Karnataka Examinations Authority. As per last year, candidates belonging to GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B categories of Karnataka have to pay Rs. 500/-, SC/ ST/ CAT-1 of Karnataka/ Female candidates of Karnataka have to pay Rs. 250/-. Those who are not a domicile of Karnataka are liable to pay the application fee of Rs. 750/-. The fee can be paid online/ offline using a debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ e-challan. The application fee can be paid on or before July 13, 2021.

To complete the entire application procedure smoothly, candidates require certain documents to furnish authentic information. They should keep class 10th and 12th mark sheet and certificates, aadhar card, income certificate, caste certificate. Moreover, it is necessary to upload scanned images of photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression. The size of all these scanned images should be 05 KB to 40 KB whereas the dimensions should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.

Further, the KCET application form correction will start on July 19, 2021. Candidates edit their incorrect details in the application form within the stipulated duration. They have to log in to the candidate’s profile using the application number and password. The last date for application form correction of July 22, 2021.

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) will be organized on August 28, 2021, and August 29, 2021. The Kannada language test for Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates will be organized on August 30, 2021. The admission tickets will be published on August 13, 2021, from 11:00 AM onwards. Schedule for the further stage including verification of documents and practical exam will be published later on.
