Jawahar Navodya Vidhalaya Selection Test or JNVST has been successfully conducted on April 21, 2018. Students can get relief from the hectic schedule due to preparation. Though some students have to wait some more time as for five districts dates for the exam has been postponed. The JNVST has notified the dates in the notification dated April 13, 2018.
For the students who have given their exam must wait for the results of the examination. Right now they can check JNVST 2018 Answer Key. The results of the test will be announced both offline and online. You can check the offline results from the offices of concerned authorities of JNVST. Also, the online results will also available on the official website, once they are announced.
Take a special note that qualifying the results only will not guarantee your admission to Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya or JNV. So, only after the proper verification of requisite documents and certificates, you will get admission in these schools. So Good luck candidates with the results about to release.
When the matter came to the surface about postponing the exam, many students were confused and parents were afraid. As such, there were many doubts and questions going in their mind but soon the JNVST cleared the confusion. They have notified that due to some administration issues the exam cannot be conducted on the actual dates. The states which will have have the exam later are Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.
The exact dates for the postponed exam have not arrived yet. Though they are expected to conduct on last week of May 2018. It is expected that admit cards are same as issued. For the results, they will come with JNVs only.
Don’t think about delays as much and keep calm. Maintain the timetable for your preparation as you are following throughout. Since exam delay can either give you more time for preparation or kill your buzz for the examination. For the first, it is an opportunity for you, so take the full advantage of time. Study the topics you have not done yet and revise the rest. About second, don’t get frustrated, just revise what you have done and take a short and small test to keep your preparation on track. You can take reviews from the students who have already given the examination. Take feedback from them and prepare accordingly for the examination.
About JNVST: Jawahar Navodya Vidhalaya Selection Test is a selection test for admission in Jawahar Navodya Vidhalaya at class VI. Presently, JNVs are spread across 28 states and 7 Union Territories. Students admitted in JNVs are also eligible to give X and XII Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE board exams. In school, the medium of instruction is regional language upto class VIII and thereafter English for Maths and Science and Hindi for social science. Education in JNVs is free including admission fee, boarding. lodging, uniform, and textbooks. The only nominal fee of Rs600/- is applicable in class IX to XII.
