National Testing Agency (NTA) will shortly announce the results of JEE Main 2021 session 4, and All India Ranks of all candidates who appeared in any and all sessions of this year’s exam. As the wait stretches a bit longer than expected, IITs have also postponed the registration for JEE Advanced. While one waits for the results, it is prudent to check out past year cut offs of the top colleges.

Every year after the JEE Main exam results get released, Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) conducts the counselling process for offering admission to different engineering courses at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), besides IIITs and CFTIs. The cut-offs for admission at NITs depends upon the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam and available seats for admission.

Every year, the NITs cut-offs are more or less sane as compared to last year and released separately for each counselling round after the announcement of seat allotment. Cut-offs get released separately for each branch, quota and category. To have an idea of what to expecting in this year’s cut off, let’s take a look at the previous year JEE Main cut off for the top 10 NITs. Top NITs were recently revealed in the NIRF engineering ranking 2021.
