The JEE Main 2019 April attempt exam is ending tomorrow, April 12, 2019. It is expected that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will then release the official answer key and the provision to challenge the same by April 15, 2019. The question paper and response sheet of the exam can be expected by April 14, 2019.

National Testing Agency for the January attempt had released the official answer key on January 15, 2019, 3 days after the exam was over on January 12, 2019. the official question papers and answer keys were made available on January 14, 2019, 2 days after the exam concluded.

Therefore the same can be expected for the April exam too. First, the question papers and response sheets of the candidates will be uploaded at the official website jeemain.nic.in. The candidates have to log in using their application number and password/date of birth. In doing so the link to view the questions and response is made available on the dashboard of the student.

The answer key is made available one day after the release of the question paper and response sheet. The provision to challenge the answer key also starts with the upload of the answer key. The candidates have to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- for each challenge. The sum is to be paid in the online mode. NTS will refund the money back to the candidate’s account if the challenge is accepted.

The checking of the answer key, challenging the answers and paying of the fee is all done under the login of the candidate. Using the answer key of JEE Main 2019, the candidates can crosscheck their response and know how many correct and wrong answers they have marked. Using the marking scheme of the exam they can get their probable raw score of the exam.

After the answer keys are uploaded, NTA will shortly declare the result of the paper 1 exam. NTA has declared that the result of paper 1 will be out by April 30, 2019. However, the result of paper 2 will be out by May 15, 2019.

This time along with the result of JEE Main 2019, the All India Ranks of the candidates will be also published. The AIR of the candidates will be based on the overall percentile of the candidates. As per the position of the candidates in the AIR, they will be called for the counselling rounds for admission in the NITs, IIITs and the CFTIs.

JEE Main 2019 was held twice a year and the AIR will be best on best percentile of the candidates out of both the attempts. If a candidate has not appeared in both the exams then the percentile of one attempt will be used for the All India ranking.
