Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct JEE Main 2018 on April 08, 15 and 16, 2018. As only few days are left now, you need to be more concentrated and focused on the topics which are important from the examination point of view. Try to keep yourself healthy and well till the exam. Revise the topics from which the questions are most likely to come. This is a national level exam and one of the most renowned exams in the country so make sure that you maintain your concentration till the end. Try to stay away from all kind of distractions.

Once exam is over, candidates can check JEE Main 2018 Answer Key. Officially, CBSE will release answer keys on April 24, 2018. Candidates can check answer key and recorded responses until April 27, 2018. Form April 24 to 27, candidates can also submit challenges against official answer keys. However before that, just after exam only, unofficial answer keys will be available for immediate reference.

JEE Main Tips 2018

On the day before the exam, Check the syllabus properly to ensure yourself that you have not missed out anything. Revise the notes that you have made throughout your preparation process for JEE Main 2018. It will help you to recollect all the important formula and various shortcuts that are useful for the exam day. Give time to the topics that you think is important for the exam.

Don’t engage yourself in any new concepts or topics because you will feel nervous. Stick to the things that you have command in and focus in them at the last day. Instead of studying anything new, candidates are advised that they should revise previously covered topics and the papers they have attempted in the last few days.

Stay away from junk foods atleast one day before the exam as it is not good for a healthy day. Don’t deviate yourself in stuffs like movies or outings before the exam as it might break your concentration from the exam. Just try to relax your mind. Take a sound sleep for 6-7 hours. Pack your bag properly and ensure that you have kept all the important things required for the exam.

On the test day, stay calm, confident and have faith in yourself. Just think positively that yes you can crack it as you deserve it. Don’t ask your friend about how much they have studied. It will create unnecessary pressure & nervousness. Do not rush and make sure that you reach the exam center atleast half an hour before the actual time. Ensure that you carry your JEE Main 2018 admit card and stationery as mentioned on the admit card. Avoid borrowing anything inside the examination hall.

Do’s and Dont’s inside the test hall will include maintaining a good body posture to enhance your energy level. Keep a proper eye on the time since time management is the most important factor in deciding the result. You should decide that how much time you will have to provide for different types of questions. Without a proper strategy & time planning, you might miss out some of the questions. Also, you cannot wear watch but here will be wall clocks in exam room so you can easily see time there.

Candidates are advised that they should attempt theoretical or fact-based questions first and then, attempt questions which require calculation. In the starting, you need to build up your confidence level so that the positive energy stays within you throughout the paper. Analyze the questions in which you have command and solve them first.

It is advisable to avoid lengthy numerical questions in the first 10 or 15 minutes of the exam. Take only calculated amount of risks. Everything should be done in a planned manner to achieve the best outcomes. CBSE will announce JEE Main 2018 Result on April 31, 2018. On that day, only paper 1 result with AIR will be announced. Then later on May 31, result of paper 2 will be announced.
