JEE Main 2018: Timings that will be followed at exam centre; Know bell time schedule

There will be two papers in JEE Main 2018, Paper-1 and Paper-2. The candidates who want to get admission in all B.E. /B. Tech. have chosen Paper-1 and those who want to study B.Arch/ B. Planning have selected Paper-2. The candidates who will give Paper-2 will be able to get admission in all the institutes according to their ranks except IITs. The modes of the exam, as well as bell time schedule, are different for both Papers.

Time Schedule for Pen and Paper Based Exam: The candidates who are going to give the exam of Paper-1 and Paper-2 can check the timings from the table given below:

Time Schedule for Computer Based Exam: You can check the table given below to check the bell timings of Paper-1 that will be held on April 15 & 16, 2018:

The candidates will have to follow the time schedule for the exam. They will have to stick to the bell timings that have given by CBSE otherwise they will not be allowed to give the exam. So it is mandatory for the candidates to enter the exam hall at the specified time. There are the specifications of time regarding the entry in the exam centre, entry in the exam hall, last time to get enter in the exam hall, commencement of the test, and also the completion of the test.

Hey guys, getting admission in top engineering institutes is the dream of most of the students. To fulfill this dream, the candidates must crack JEE Main. It is a national level entrance exam which allows the candidates to get admission in various graduate engineering courses at very reputed and precious institutes such as the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IITs) and the National Institutes of Technology (NITs).

More than 11 lakh candidates will appear for the exam this year. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct it in 258 centers, in India and abroad. The candidates appearing for the exam can now download the JEE Main 2018 Admit Card. Through it, the exam center and timing will be announced but the candidates should also know JEE Main 2018 Bell Time Schedule. CBSE has released the Bell Time Schedule on March 14, 2018.

There is a good news for the candidates who have applied for JEE Main 2018. The Admit Card for the exam is released now. The candidates can download it from the official website by entering the Application Number and Password. JEE Main 2018 Admit Card has contained all the important details such as Roll Number, Exam Centre, Question Paper Name and its Medium, and some other useful pieces of information. You are advised to check all the details available on the admit card and then take the printout of it. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card along with the photo identity proof at the exam centre.

The bell time schedule containes the detailed information of the time schedule for both Pen and Paper and Computer Based Test mode from entering at the exam centre to the completion of the exam.

The exam of JEE Main is one of the toughest exams in the country for the admission in Engineering Courses. There are various myths and misconceptions regarding JEE Main. So most of the students back off from the exam. But it is not impossible to crack the exam. You can refer to How to Prepare for JEE Main 2018 for more clarity. The candidates will have to appear in Paper-1 and Paper-2 according to their preferences.

The offline exams Paper-1 has included Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics while Paper-2 has included Mathematics Part-I, Aptitude Test Part-II, and Drawing Test Part-III. The duration of both the papers will be of 3 hours. You will get 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted on each wrong answer.

For the Online exam, the candidates will have to go through CBT in two shifts. It will be conducted on April 15 & 16, 2018. There will be the questions of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in CBT. It will be conducted in two shifts 9:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:00. It will over in 3 hours. So the candidates will have less time for the exam. Just concentrate on the questions and try to give the answer in the minimum time.
