A few years of fun-filled life, coupled with intensive education, is all that takes for one student to kick-start their career. Proving this right, with the combined effort of all the students and JECRC more than 1000 placements in 17 companies in 44 days were made possible as on September 26, 2019. JECRC becomes the first academic Institution with such achievement in Rajasthan state.
JECRC has undertaken the challenge of moulding students of different background by providing them High Standard Professional Education Engineering Skills, Soft Skills and Managerial Skills which improves their employability and enables to be better than the students passing out from other Engineering Colleges in Jaipur and across India.
JECRC has benchmarked it with a record of more than 1000 placements in Phase one and become the only Institution across the entire state to make and break such records developing a character for success.

Phase one of this placement season ended really well with the news of one of student, Suraj Kumar grabbing a whopping package of 41 Lacs at Microsoft.
The first phase has witnessed an unprecedented start with 17 diversified companies visiting the institute with a significant increase in the average package offered, whereas more than 150 students were offered a package of over 5 lakh per year.
The CRT (Campus recruitment training) of JECRC University team emphasized on dedicated Career Development of the students and work towards supporting and guiding students on all aspects of job search through personalized career advising sessions, working very closely with them to define their career paths and help them achieve their goals. The CRT team have specialists/mentors who were available to assist students with any query in relation to their careers. The objective is not to just provide employment opportunities to the students but also to create employers and entrepreneurs.
Guidance was also provided to students who were interested in higher education. The students were given campus recruitment training (CRT) which was a rigorous 200 hours of training programme where sessions related with statics, aptitude, communication, soft skills, time management, stress management, personality development, resume writing and group discussion were imparted.
For the 2019 batch, companies visited JECRC for placements and alonwith the B.Tech batch, placements are given to the other courses like B.Sc and BCA also. The placement team had targeted giving not only placement, but quality placement to all the students. JECRC provides placements to the Alumni students till 1.5 years and if any alumni want to change their job, JECRC gave support to those students also.
Some of the top recruiting companies were Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Deloitte, ZS, Mindtree, Jaro Education, Pinnacle, BYJU’S etc. This is the beginning for JECRC, all others juniors are ready to break the records of their seniors making history of placements in India.
