Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has today, May 02, 2022, conducted the ISC English Literature 2021-22 Semester 2 paper. The exam was held for a duration of 90 minutes, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, at affiliated schools across the country. While some questions had straightforward answers, others needed elaboration and explanation.
Clearly, the exam was both objective and subjective in nature, unlike semester 2 exam which was entirely objective. Unofficial answer keys for today’s paper have been published online by several educators and coaching institutes.
ISC English Literature 2022 Semester 2 Answer Key
CISCE will soon be releasing its own ISC English Literature 2021-22 semester 2 answer key on the official website cisce.org. However,this process is sure to take a few days’ time. While waiting for the official key to come out, students can refer to unofficial sources available online. Several educators and coaching institutes have already uploaded dedicated videos discussing today’s paper.

While referring to these answer key videos, students are advised to keep a notepad and pen handy. So that they can note down answers to all questions simultaneously. These points can later, be used to calculate ISC English Literature 2022 exam score. This score will most likely differ from the final figure. However, for an accurate prediction, students are advised to refer to 2-3 answer keys and search for key points, particularly for subjective questions.
ICSE Maths 2022 Semester 2 Format
As per the ISC semester 2 specimen paper uploaded by CISCE, today’s English Literature paper comprised of two sections – Section A and Section B. Section A covered 8 questions in the multiple-choice format for 1 mark each. No internal choices were given in this section. The B part covered 4 questions, each for 8 marks, amounting to a total of 32 marks. The remaining 10 marks for this semester will be based on a student’s performance in internal assessments.
After today’s ISC Semester 2 2022 English Literature exam, the next exam is scheduled on Thursday, May 05, 2022, for the Economics subject. Last exam is scheduled on June 13, 2022, for Geography, Electricity & Electronics and Geometrical & Mechanical Engineering.
