IREL India is looking to hire eligible personnel to fill up a vacancy for the post of Project Coordinator/Project Director. The Public Sector Undertaking company under the Department of Atomic Energy has published an official recruitment notification in this regard at the official website i.e. irel.co.in. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to apply on the prescribed proforma by forwarding completely filled up applications to the Manager (Recruitment) or by email. The last date of receipt of applications is October 03, 2020.
As per the official employment notification, the vacancy for the post of Project Coordinator/Project Director is under an upcoming project in Madhya Pradesh. Therefore the vacancy will be filled up on a contract basis. The initial contract period will be for a period of 02 years. It can be extended by one more year depending on the performance of the incumbent at the designated job role. The performance will be reviewed half-yearly and IREL can terminate the employment at any time if performance is not satisfactory. During the tenure of employment, candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs 1,00,000 per month. Outstation candidates will also be entitled to receive HRA along with salary.
The maximum permissible age of the applicants is 65 years. Experienced Senior Personnel including those who are retired executives of Government/CPSE/autonomous organizations are eligible to apply. One must have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg. degree in any discipline in order to apply. Candidates having an M.Tech/M.E or PhD qualification are also eligible to apply. In addition to the qualifications as specified here, candidates must also have at least 20 years of experience in a relevant field. At least 2 years of the experience must be in the position of a Project Head. The selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of eligibility criteria at the initial phase. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are shortlisted and called for a personal interview. However, the decision of the committee will be binding and final.
