HCL is looking for eligible candidates with Engineering graduation degree for the vacant posts of Director (Mining) under Schedule A.

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Director (Mining). An official notification in this regard has also been published on the official website, pesb.gov.in. Eligible candidates can submit their applications before the last of submission i.e. November 02, 2020. As of now, HCL has not yet discussed the number of vacancies under this recruitment

The post of Director (Mining) under Hindustan Copper Limited is advertised on the PESB website with Vacancy date 01/05/2020. Aspirants who qualify for the Director (Mining) post is appointed for a period of five years from the date of joining or date of superannuation. Candidates are recruited as Director (Mining) under the pay scale of Rs. 180000/- to Rs. 340000/-.

Before applying for the said post, candidates must read the eligibility criteria. The applicant should be an engineering graduate; preferably in Mining Engineering. Those who possess an MBA degree are preferred. Moreover, they should also possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in a reputed organization. Candidates with experience in metalliferous mines and mine-related projects have an additional advantage. In addition, internal candidates of Hindustan Copper Limited are also eligible to apply for the said post.

Candidates have to ensure that they are within the age limit as prescribed by the conducting body. The minimum age limit for the internal applicants is 45 years and the maximum age limit is decided as 02 years residual service as on the date of the vacancy. The minimum age limit for other candidate is 45 years and the maximum age up to 03 years residual service as on the date of the vacancy. The age superannuation is 60 years for both internal and other candidates.

Eligible aspirants can submit their applications for the said post by visiting the official website, pesb.gov.in. On reaching the website, candidates have to click on vacancies > advertised vacancies > apply online link against ‘Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) Director (Mining) recruitment’. The filled in applications form should be sent to “Smt Kimbuong Kipgen, Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprise Bhawan, Block No. 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi -110003”.

Along with the application form, candidates also have to submit an undertaking that she/he will join the post if selected. Applications received without undertaking are rejected. Also, documents in support of age, educational qualification, proof of the relevant jobs handled in the past in detail and others should be sent with the form. HCL will be conducting an interview to shortlist eligible candidates for the announced posts. The information about the date, time, venue and other related details about the interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course of time.
