Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released the exam date and test city for CGEPT 01/2022 on the official website, joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in. The admit card for the ICG exams are going to be released 24 to 48 hours before the exam date.
The candidates need to log in on the official website to check the exam date and assigned test centre and city. They can check the exam city and plan their travel accordingly.
Join Indian Coast Guard, Ministry of Defence, had released the notification for Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch), and Yantrik 01/2022 batch, in July. The exam date and city released today pertains to this notification
All the three positions are open for class 10th pass candidates (diploma required for yantrik post). A total of 60 questions will be asked in the test for the post of Navik DB. The questions will be based on mathematics, science, reasoning, English, reasoning and general knowledge. The exam will be held for a duration of 45 minutes and the level of question will be equivalent to class 10th. The test for Navik GD will have these questions, plus a section on maths and physics with 50 questions of 30 minutes more.
The candidates who have applied for the post of Yantrik need to appear for the exam earmarked for Navik DB, plus subject specific sections that will have 50 questions based on the relevant discipline of Engineering.
Follow the steps mentioned below to download the Indian Coast Guard test centre and exam city for CGEPT 01/2022:
Step 1: Visit the official website of ICG, joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, find the login link below the news and announcement section.
Step 3: Next, enter the email id, password along with the captcha code and click on the login button.
Step 4: Find the ICG exam city and date on the next page and note it down for future reference.
Documents required along with the Indian Coast Guard admit card 2021
As per the official notice released by the authorities, the candidates appearing in the ICG exam need to carry the following documents on the exam day:
- Class 10th marksheet in original
- Indian Coast Guard 2021 admit card in color printout
- Original valid id proof
- 02 passport size colour photograph of candidates similar to the one uploaded in the online application
The candidates who successfully qualify for the phase 1 written exam will be called for phase 2 i.e. physical fitness test and document verification round subsequently.
