Ind Bank has notified 19 vacancies on contractual basis in five different disciplines. The candidates can check the official advertisement of the same on corporate.indbankonline.com. As per the official notice, the last date of filling the Ind Bank application form is 21 February 2021. The candidates should note that out of the five posts reported three are on contractual basis. The major disciplines in which vacancies are reported are Merchant Banker, Research Analysts, System Officer, SO Dealer and SO Trainee.
It should be noted that the eligible candidates have to download the application form from the bank’s website. Post filling the Ind Bank application form they can send it via courier or registered post before the last date. The minimum age limit prescribed for the IndBank is 21 years to 40 years. The cut-off date of age, educational qualification and experience are 31 December 2020. The minimum educational qualification for the vacancies declared is Graduation. While the highest educational qualification for the Ind Bank recruitment is Post Graduation. All the courses taken up by the candidate should be completed in the full-time course only. As per the notification, the candidates selected for the post of System Officer and SO dealer will be paid an emolument of Rs 2.50- 3.00 lakhs per annum. Apart from this, the salary of the SO Trainee is between 9000 to 15,000. Additionally, the salary package of Merchant Banker is Rs 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum and of Research Analyst is Rs 4 lakhs to 6 lakhs per annum. While the candidates selected for the contractual post will be paid a consolidated amount every month. The selection process for choosing eligible candidates out of all applicants is based on an interview. The candidates whose application form is accepted will be called to the interview round.
The bank will make an interview committee that will consist of the President and Whole-time Director, Director, Nominee Director appointed by IndBank and an independent Director. The committee will judge the candidates on their experience, personality, knowledge of the field etc. The bank will then release a final merit list with the name of the candidates who will be successful in the Interview round.
