Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has released the admit cards for the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) today. Candidates who will be appearing for the admission test for M.Sc, Ph.D and post-bachelor degree programmes at the IITs can now download the admit cards from the official website using the JOAPS login at jam.iitr.ac.in. The examination is going to take place on February 13, 2022.
Candidates who have successfully applied for IIT JAM 2022 can now download the admit cards using the steps given below.
Step 1- Go to the official website at jam.iitr.ac.in
Step 2- On the right-hand side of the screen, click on the link that reads ‘JAM 2022: Download Admit Card’
Step 3- Enter enrollment ID or email ID first and then provide the password
Step 4- Specify the captcha or the arithmetic expression and click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 5- Find the link for downloading the admit cards and click on the same
Step 6- Download the IIT JAM 2022 admit cards and take a printout.

As per the information brochure, the admit cards were supposed to be out on January 04. However, there seems to have been a delay and the admit cards got released today. Candidates, after downloading the admit cards, must carefully crosscheck the details that are mentioned below.
- Candidate’s Name
- Registration Number
- Photograph
- Signature
- Name and code of the test paper
- Name and address of the allotted test centre
Please note that the IIT JAM 2022 admit card will be available for download till the examination date. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, the candidate must immediately bring it to the light of the organising institute, i.e. IIT Roorkee via email. However, if a candidate is unable to download the admit cards, then they may contact the zonal chairman via email or phone. For that, they have to mention their Online Enrolment ID, Name, E-mail ID, Mobile Number, Mailing Address, and City Code of the desired Test Centre, i.e. first choice to get information about the Registration Number and the Name of the Test Centre allotted.
On the examination day, the candidate must bring a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity card. The IIT JAM 2022 admit card also needs to be presented to the JAM officials and invigilators for verification purposes. Moreover, the candidate must also preserve a copy of the same to be produced at the time of admission.
