National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the IIFT MBA 2022 entrance exam today, on December 05, 2021. After the exam, memory based question paper and answer key of the exam have been released by some private websites, coaching centers, and educators. While some, are at this moment holding live sessions for the same, and some more, will be releasing their analysis, answer keys by tonight and tomorrow.
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) MBA entrance exam was held across the country in 61 cities in the computer-based mode. Candidates had exactly 120 minutes i.e., from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm to attempt and complete the entire paper, though at some centers, the exam was delayed due to center specific issues (read 6 problems candidates faced in IIFT 2022), and in 7 cities, the exam has been postponed owing to cyclone Jawad.
The exam was intended to test a candidate’s skills and intellectual capacity on the basis of four subjects – 1. Quantitative Analysis, 2. Reading Comprehension & Verbal Ability, 3. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and 4. General Awareness. Those who qualify the exam by scoring the minimum required marks will be eligible to apply for MBA courses at IIFT.
Now that the IIFT MBA 2021 entrance exam is over, candidates are wondering about the answer key. NTA will be putting this wait to rest soon by releasing the official answer key in a few days’ time. The official draft will be published on the official website iift.nta.nic.in. In the meantime, candidates can take a look at the unofficial answer keys uploaded online.

A plethora of educators have either discussed the qs-ans in their analysis videos, or are uploading their IIFT MBA 2021 answer keys with solutions on their YouTube channel separately. However, candidates must make sure to check out the most reliable or trusted ones. So that they can calculate the most accurate score and determine their chances of pursuing MBA at IIFT. Although the above mentioned Youtube channels are reliable and accurate, aspirants are advised to use 2-3 answer keys to calculate the most accurate score. By doing so, the gap between tentative score and actual score reduces. IIFT MBA 2021 examination is highly competitive and each mark makes a difference. So, instead of waiting for NTA to announce the exam results, candidates can determine their chances of getting into IIFT beforehand.
To calculate the IIFT MBA 2021 score, candidates must first count the number of correct answers in each subject section. Then, for 1. Quantitative Analysis, 2. Reading Comprehension & Verbal Ability and 3. Data Interpretation, candidates must use the following scheme –
Total Score = (No. of Correct Answers) x 3 – (No. of Incorrect Answers) x 1
In case of General Awareness, candidates have to use the following marking scheme,
Total Score = (No. of Correct Answers) x 1.5 – (No. of Incorrect Answers) x 0.5
Then, add both scores to calculate the total marks obtained in the IIFT MBA 2021 examination. Compare this score with the previous-year cut-offs to know the verdict!
